Engineering is handled In-House.  Design of PCB products or complete Box Builds is done with our Engineering Staff at the Mexico Operation.  All Engineering Test positions, Test fixtures, Eprom Programs, and Test beds are designed in-house for each product that is produced.  Computerized In-Line testing is tailored to your product and specifications. 

Materials

Materials are the highest percentage of your product cost.  Our group sources materials on a global scale.  With offices in Taiwan and Asia we purchase materials in volume for our manufacturing facilities.  Our volume purchasing is your key to competitive costing.  All orders for finished products are grossed together in our MRP II system and purchased in lots to satisfy our requirements.

Production

Sigmatron has built a State-Of-The-Art manufacturing facility that can produce your product with the highest level of quality.  We specialize in Automatic Insertion, Surface Mount Technology, Solder Through Hole assembly, and Computerized In-Line Testing. Surface Mount transistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits are run through our computer controlled SMT machines.  Each PC board assembly is checked at the end of the line for bonding before being forwarded to Automatic Insertion and then final assembly. Sequencing machines are used to create the correct set of parts for the most efficient assembly of axial and radial parts, including component verification.    Each auto-insertion machine has dual heads, is operator monitored, and are programmed using Hewlett Packard NetServers.   In-Line quality testing guarantees your product meets specified limits.  And end-line robotic arms apply conformal coating, or our new Parylene coating to protect your assembly in the harshest environments.  Our Total Quality Assurance program builds quality into your product at every workstation. 

Distribution

Distribution of your finished product is handled by our Texas warehouse.   We ship your goods via the carrier you prefer.  On-time delivery is important to your company, and Sigmatron wants to help you meet your delivery schedules.
